You can shorten your time

Another person who is not where they thought they would be. This is Monica Conyers and last week she was on the Detroit City Council. Today she is a convicted felon and out of a job. She was making at least $81,000 in her position and sold out her city whom she claim to love for $12,000-$6,000. Monica also played the GOD card, (The GOD card is used when you get in trouble and this is your only defense to doing Wrong) I hate the GOD card!

no where to go

it sucks being unemployed because you forget how much of you day when working is going somewhere. you are going to work, going to lunch , going to have drink or dinner after work, you have some place to go. When you are unemployed you have no where to go. You don't have any money to really enjoy yourself like you use to and you have nothing to talk about because you are at home all day. I get tired of people asking me how the job search is going (it not going well if I still don't have a job). Also why do people have these get some money scams, if the money was so easy to get everyone would do it and the unemployment rate would not be as high as it is.

I love the summer and the sunshine and with each day passing I really enjoy life and what it bring good or bad, keep your head up because as my mother says all the time "it is a long road that does not have any turns"

another case of my blog

Yesterday I took a friend to her doctor appointment and with HIPPA guidelines I will not tell you what is wrong with her (nothing fatal or serious). On our way back she goes have you ever had one of those days where you feel like your life is not going where you want it to be. My response all the time! I keep getting the feeling that life is not suppose to go the way you want it to go or it would be boring, it goes the way it goes and you have to adapt to what comes your way.

Speaking of focusing on life, with a new life on the way I have been working on his room painting , getting it together for the arrival of a new leader or whatever he want to be to him make society a better place to be for you and me.

I'm going to be okay I just have to streamline my goals and instead of trying to eat the apple in one bite to take little chucks and enjoy every bite.

What it all about ?

This blog is about me, you and everything in between. I though of this blog because of two conversations I had with friends of mine. 

The first conversation was with a swinger friend of mine. We had just got done "having fun" when the pillow talk started to happen, she asked me "if I thought I would be in the situations where my life is right now." A couple of days later, one of my best friends and I got to talking and out of the blue he asked "if I thought I would be in the situations where my life is right now." To both of them I answered no, just like they answered no. This got me to thinking about if we feel this way how many other feel this way.

First lets get to my situation: Divorced (no children), unemployed (got let go in August), single (with no prospects), over the age of Forty. Don't get me wrong I thankful for all my blessing but I'm blogging about not being where I thought I would be. 

This blog is my way of expressing my frustration, excitements, joy and sorrow to get WHERE I WANT TO BE !!!!!!!!!!! In the short and long term of my life and hopefully I will make you realize that we are all in the same boat, we just have to look over and see other passengers.
